If we talk about the interior, it is theme-based, like we used only a few colors to create or emphasize the coding of the office. Use of light color along with wall paneling to create a design. The cabin and workstation are separate. We used a glass partition to create visibility and look like a big space. The furniture is sleek and the finishing is fine. Use of a big screen for employees to update the score of any game.
Our team of experienced designers worked closely with the owners to ensure that every aspect of the restaurant’s interior design reflected the brand’s values and personality. We incorporated elements of nature, such as potted plants and greenery, to bring a sense of freshness and vitality to the space.

Located in a congested urban locale, the architects have focused on creating recreational and relaxing space for their clients to unwind. The house creates levels of privacy within an urban environment, where users interact with each other and also enjoy the outdoor space. Inspired by the vernacular typology of traditional homes, a veranda was designed on the roof, a space crafted out as an extension of the living area serving as a quiet interface between the indoors and the outdoors.
The residence comprises a work area in the basement with private access and family areas at the levels above. For a small family, it was required that one could keep an eye around while involved in an activity. The kitchen, being the most active area, was planned as the pivot of the living space, such that multiple sight lines were created to the residence entry, living area, and the son’s bedroom. The wood used in certain areas accounts for offering warmth within. Greens outside and on the terrace in the form of vertical lines and floor cover bring the inhabitants closer to the environment.
The furniture used all across the house is simple yet classy, giving the house a luxe appeal. As far as lighting is concerned, each area gets its own share of light, thus making the home look bright yet beautiful.
The family members are parents, four kids, and a brother.
Located in Akash Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, set on a 1600 square foot site, the first challenge of the project was to find a balance between the built and the existing green areas and site the building in a way to harmonize this landscape with family living.
The owners envisioned a home for both entertaining friends and relaxing as a family. The plan groups spaces for efficiency and minimizes unnecessary circulation. The spirit of efficiency extends to the limited material palette—brick, concrete, and stone—simple materials paired with energy-efficient glass and ready access to light-filled spaces. The design encourages natural ventilation and passive solar shading, while the roof and terraces collect rainwater that is used to recharge the groundwater.
The building exterior is intentionally subdued in color and texture, allowing the lush natural surroundings to take precedence.
The ground level has the entrance lobby, parking, a drawing room, a family lobby, a kitchen with a dining room, and grandparents’ and brother’s bedrooms. The first level has the children’s rooms, the master suite, and a laid-back living room to sit and relax during the day.

Based on the interactions with the client, the primary goal was to create a positive, comfortable, and productive living environment. Characteristic of the Ghaziabad urban area, the site is two-faced with existing built properties on two back sides, with front, rear, and side setbacks. Rectangular sites pose a challenge to naturally light work spaces at lower levels and areas away from exterior walls. Given the critical role daylight plays in occupant mental and physical health, light material finishes and full-height glass partitions help daylight penetration in deeper areas of the floor plate. The building emphasizes occupant comfort with ample daylighting, natural materials, breakout spaces, and a large landscaped terrace.
The villa is fully luxurious with the basement, 4 bedrooms, 2 kids’ rooms, and a swimming pool. Parking, using Italian tiles as flooring,
